A real example
Eight quotes, a target wage of $28 per cleaner hour plus a 20% margin. These are the sample numbers shipped in the file.
- A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home cleaned every 2 weeks by 2 cleaners: $150 to quote, 1.8 hours on site
- That price pays $36.08 per cleaner hour after supplies, travel and fixed costs: verdict OK
- The same home is $170 once, $160 monthly, $140 weekly: shorter visits, same margin
- The Miller home was quoted $140 instead of the suggested $160: the file marks it THIN, a discount that costs $5.10 on every hour
